Introduction

By accessing or using shopiva.ae or shopivastore.com, customers agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms are a legal agreement between the customer and Ventures NRB Trading LLC (“Shopiva”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

About Shopiva

Shopiva is operated by Ventures NRB Trading LLC, registered in Dubai, UAE. Our platform curates and sells products from selected vendors across fashion, home, kids, and lifestyle categories.

Eligibility and Use of Website

Customers must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Shopiva website and services. By using the website or placing an order, customers confirm that they are legally authorised to use their chosen payment method and that purchases are for personal use and not for resale. Shopiva may refuse or cancel orders suspected of resale or commercial purposes.

Orders, Pricing and Payments

When an order is placed, an acknowledgement email is sent confirming receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of the order. Orders are confirmed only when a shipping confirmation email is issued. Shopiva may refuse or cancel an order at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, stock unavailability, or misuse of the website.

All prices are listed in AED unless otherwise stated. Adding items to the cart does not guarantee availability or price. While Shopiva strives for accuracy, errors in product information, pricing, or availability may occur. If an error occurs, Shopiva may correct it or cancel the order and issue a refund for any amount paid.

Items are not reserved until payment is completed and an order is confirmed. All payments are securely processed through PayTabs using supported methods such as debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, and Samsung Pay. By entering payment details, customers confirm they are authorised to use the selected method. Shopiva reserves the right to decline or cancel orders where payment cannot be verified or where fraudulent or irregular activity is suspected.

From time to time, Shopiva may issue discount codes, vouchers, or other promotions. These are valid for a limited period, non-transferable, and cannot usually be combined with other offers. Specific terms may apply to each promotion, and exclusions may apply to certain products or brands.

Shipping, Delivery and Title to Goods

Shopiva delivers across the United Arab Emirates. Orders are typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays are processed on the next business day. Deliveries to remote or less accessible areas may take longer.

Ownership of products will pass to the customer once Shopiva has received full payment for the order. The risk of loss or damage to the products will transfer to the customer at the time of delivery. After delivery, Shopiva will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the products.

Returns, Refunds and Warranties

Shopiva’s Return Policy governs all returns and refunds. Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached. Certain products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, including swimwear, beauty and grooming products, underwear, face masks, earrings, and fragrances. Sale items are also non-returnable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned items are received and inspected. Please refer to the Return Policy for full details.

Some products sold on Shopiva may include a manufacturer’s warranty. Where applicable, warranty details will be provided with the product packaging or documentation. Claims relating to manufacturing defects should follow the terms set by the manufacturer.

Product Information and Liability

Shopiva makes every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, information is often provided by vendors, and variations in colour, size, or finish may occur due to production processes or device display settings.

Liability for products rests with the manufacturer or vendor. To the extent permitted by law, Shopiva is not responsible for product defects except as set out in the Return Policy. Customers are expected to reasonably inspect items upon delivery.

Accounts and Communication

Customers may browse as guests or create an account for easier shopping. Customers are responsible for ensuring account details are accurate and for keeping login information secure. Shopiva is not liable for any loss resulting from misuse or unauthorised use of an account.

By creating an account, placing an order, or subscribing to services, customers agree to receive emails related to their purchase or account. Marketing communications will only be sent if the customer opts in, and may be unsubscribed at any time.

User Generated Content

By submitting reviews, comments, photos, or tagging Shopiva on social media, customers grant Shopiva a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and share this content across the website, marketing materials, and social media platforms. Customers are solely responsible for their content and must ensure it does not infringe on the rights of others or contain unlawful, abusive, or offensive material. Shopiva reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove content at its discretion and is not responsible for third-party posts.

Intellectual Property

All content on Shopiva, including product images, logos, text, and design, is owned by Ventures NRB Trading LLC or its vendors and partners. Customers are not granted any rights to copy, reproduce, or exploit website code or content beyond personal, non-commercial use.

Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

Shopiva works to ensure its website and services operate smoothly, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Shopiva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Shopiva’s total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the price paid for the product in question.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold Shopiva harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of the website or breach of these Terms.

Third-Party Services

Shopiva uses trusted third-party providers for payment processing, logistics, analytics, and marketing. These services may operate under their own terms and policies.

Termination and Site Operation

Shopiva may suspend or cancel a customer’s access to the website or refuse orders at its discretion if there is a violation of these Terms or unlawful use of the website. The website is controlled from the United Arab Emirates. Customers accessing it from outside the UAE are responsible for complying with local laws.

Force Majeure

Shopiva shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations under these Terms if the delay or failure results from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or technical failures.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Shopiva and the customer regarding use of the website and purchases.
