Delivery Areas

Shopiva currently delivers across the United Arab Emirates.

Payment Methods

Shopiva accepts all major payment options for a smooth and secure checkout. You can pay using Debit or Credit Cards, Apple Pay, and Samsung Pay. All transactions are encrypted and powered by PayTabs for your security.

Delivery 

Enjoy free shipping on all orders. Orders are typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days across the UAE. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will automatically receive email notifications at every stage of your order journey. Once your order has been shipped and when it has been delivered, Shopiva will notify you directly by email.
Please note: Deliveries to remote or less accessible areas within the UAE may take slightly longer than the standard time frame.

RETURN POLICY

General Return Conditions

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Eligible products may be returned within 14 days from the date you receive your order, subject to the conditions below:
Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original sellable condition as received from Shopiva.
All original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, and authenticity cards must be included.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Shopiva. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with these conditions.

Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, or due to product type, certain items are not eligible for return. These include swimwear, beach towels, beauty, skin care and grooming products, underwear, face masks, earrings, and fragrances. Sale and discounted items are also non-returnable. 
Some brands may apply their own guidelines that restrict returns, and Shopiva will adapt its policy accordingly for those products.

How to Start a Return

Log in to your account and create a return request for the relevant item. Our team will review your request and arrange a collection from your address if the return is approved. 

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned items are received and inspected. Once your return has been reviewed you will receive an email notification confirming whether it has been approved or rejected. Upon approval the refund will be processed to your original method of payment. 
Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days after approval. For remote locations, this may take up to 2 weeks.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and the refund amount will be issued minus the return shipping fee. Please note that payment gateway charges applied by your bank or card issuer are outside of Shopiva’s control.

If you experience any delays or problems with your delivery, please contact us at info@shopivastore.com for assistance.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as Shopiva cannot be held responsible for lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Once your order has been created, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address. If you believe you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at info@shopivastore.com and our customer support team will do their best to assist you.
Our courier partner may contact you directly to coordinate delivery if needed.

Monitoring and abuse

Shopiva monitors return activity and may refuse returns in cases of suspected abuse, excessive returns, fraud, or breach of this policy.
